Thanks Roland.

Looks like the final will be contested by Auburn and Windsor, whilst Wenty should play The Entrance in the 3 v 4 playoff based upon for and against. From my calculations Mounties and The Entrance finished with the same f/a difference though the Tigers should go through as they scored more points throughout the comp.

I think you are right Mono but the NSWRL had some bonus point system operating, so the 4th position could have some doubt.

The interesting thing is that Cabra led 24-0 after 25 minutes. If they had kept going full bore they could have ended up 4th.

Looks like there will be 2 battles in the comp this year.
1 Between Blacktown, St Johns Park, Kingsgrove, and Burwood.
And 1 Between: Cabra, Wenty, Auburn, Windsor, and Mounties.
Then again Depending on the points system it could change everything for Auburn.

Auburn's most prominent player, Junior Langi, is going to play in the Sydney Shield side, so that should help with the points.

Arana Taumata did play Bundy for Windsor in the first game - he kicked 3 goals, and he scored a try in the State cup game this week.

Apart from any one offs by clubs linked to NRL sides, it is likely that there will be only 9 players in the comp that have appeared in 1st grade:

3 at St Johns, 2 at Cabra, 1 each at Mounties, Auburn, Blacktown & Windsor while Wenty, Entrance, Burwood & Kingsgrove have nil.

from my understanding he will stay at Newtown and the other is Casey Ellis????

The other is Ben Ellis.

If Newtown list a 7 man bench every week, sooner or later the blokes that dont play will be placed with Cabra to keep up match fitness.

Bundy Cup defending Premiers Cabramatta Two Blues have sent a shutter down the spine of all Bundy Cup sides for the 2012 season with an emphatic 58-6 victory over their 2011 grandfinal opponents in their final hit out before the commencement of the season . Despite a big night at the Club season launch the night prior, the Twoblues showed no signs of a hangover as they bolted to a 36-0 half time lead.
Coach Chris Yates singled out Captain Donny Thompson and halves Blake Davies and Blake Cavallaro as his best players, ahead of the ever consistant Benny Ellis. Big Marty Hall was hard to handle out wide

OAMPS Cup

Grand Final - Windsor 42 Auburn 26

Third Place - Wenty 18 Entrance 16

The Grand Final see sawed with 10-10 at QT, 16-16 at HT and 26-26 at 3/4T but 2 converted tries in the last 5 minutes saw the scoreline blow out.

Auburn have added Wenty winger Cliff Nye to their roster and Windsor have coaxed Craig Trindall back after a season away. It looks like Tricky hasnt done any training. He played the 2nd half and mainly influenced through his tactical kicking game. Give him 6 weeks to get his fitness level up to scratch and he could again be the most influential player at this level.

Today at Lidcombe there was a 3 way between the Bundy Cup teams of Blacktown and Kingsgrove and the Sydney Shield team of Auburn.

In the first sessions Blacktown played Kingsgrove. There were tries scored by both teams but I didnt see the full 35 minutes.

In the Second session Kingsgrove played Auburn and Auburn won 26-0.

In the third session Blacktown returned to play Auburn and Auburn won 30-12.

Looks like a very long year for these 2 clubs if they are being beaten easily by a reserve grade team.
