Lol @ Shittyhad having all the money in the world and buying bums like Lescott and Demichelis.

Tottenham got creamed by Benfica too. Not a good time for the so called best league in the world.

How good is that Benfica manager haha what a smart arse

Well you know your first step is to banish DeMechelis!

Lescott is better than Demichellis but not by much these days. He does have a better understanding with Kompany though. The FA Cup tie against Chelsea proved that.

The main problem is that Nastasic is having a bad case of second year syndrome. He was outstanding last season but has struggled for both fitness and form this season.

One team in London.

Not sure what Arsenal were complaining about, stopping Didier Drogba and Lionel Messi from scoring is not impossible

They've picked a useful time to hit some form

Hopefully they'll grab a point or three at Etihad next week

Latest odds

2.85 - Bayern Munich
4.50 - Barcelona
4.75 - Real Madrid
11.00 - Paris Saint-Germain
12.00 - Chelsea
13.00 - Atlético Madrid
15.00 - Borussia Dortmund
19.00 - Manchester United

Real look to be good value, although they haven't really been tested yet

$12 for the 2012 Champions is very generous

WTF was that Olympiacos keeper doing on the last goal.

I know he got feigned by Rooney's dummy but f**k me that was an average free kick at best, definitely should've done better

Let down by his wall.

@Jimbo: Atletico and PSG are good value too. Gotta wait for the draw though.

How?

When I used to play keeper, the general rule of thumb was that you set your wall up to cover your nearest post, you then position yourself to cover the far half of the goal.

If the free kick taker can get it over the wall and into the near post corner that's just too good.

But there's no way you should be conceding a goal at the far post half of the goal, particularly one like that where the shot wasn't even in the far reaches of the goal.

That one is on the keeper IMO
