Gold - perhaps the 50th?

I did an anfield tour the other day. Apparently their 2 sponsors pay £44m a year. Would be nice.

I don't know, I only remember because when I was buying a car there was a option to pay extra to get limited gold and black badges.

There's plenty of holdens getting around with gold badges on them in Oz............. Too bad its the chevy logo that dickheads seem to think is cool to put on their pieces of shit.

I've only seen the silver coloured ones on any Holden, a black and gold one would be cool.

A white/gold or green/gold Holden logo would be awesome to go on the jersey. A red/white logo will still look better than the VB and the Phillips block logos of the past.

Gone are the days of the old Winfield Cup where most jersey sponsors were printed in black or white, such as the Manly's P&O, Balmain's Phillips, Broncos had Powers. Even the Dragons and Bulldogs sponsors of Penfolds and HFC/Hyundai were in the red/blue respectively

Just to add, VR's were the last with the black background for the lion logo, VS's were the change were it was a silver logo and the cars paint/surface as the background.

I had a VR and totally forgot about that. Maybe the Roo's jersey should go retro with the VR logo... Or old school with the old VK logo

Not sure I like the all purple/maroon shorts but at least they didn't repeat the jersey design on the shorts.

Its a shame that the NRMA logo being so high forces the team logo to be so small, really losing sight of whats important on a jersey.

i think after the initial shock and repetition of seeing it you get desensitised. when they first used the almost all marron with yellow sidepanels i hated it but you get used to it

i think most people hated when they took collars off jerseys but i'm so used to it now
