Could somebody who has photoshop skills change the colours to see what it would look like in Dragons and Bulldogs colours? Change it so both have white where the maroon is and then for Dragons red instead of the yellow and for Bulldogs have blue instead of yellow.

I'm sorry. I cannot even fathom how anyone thinks the new brisbane design is a decent, 1/2 average rugby league jersey design.

It is shit, it resembles a soccer jersey, I cant see how this is a league jersey in anyway shape or form. It reeks of laziness, lack of effort, creativity & thought. Almost as if someone was extremely hungover and had a deadline to meet.

"Phaark (almost vomits), just throw a diagonal line near the shoulder and use maroon and yellow". Runs towards the toilet.

If a club does not have a handle on tradition, or doesn't understand the importance of it. What can fans expect (Tigers, brisbane designs). It is almost as if fans of a club with say they like it because it s their clubs jersey. If enough people voice their disgust/concern about a design, the club will listen & change it

Each to their own I suppose.

I like it because it is clean, simple and original. I would like it if a club other than the broncos came out with it. I think it looks especially good in the dogs colours, although I'm not saying they should change to it because theirs is better now.

Maybe I like it because it kind of resembles spurs Jerseys from a few years ago, but I can't see why everyone is panning it more than Jerseys such as storm, tigers, knights (bra), white eels Jersey, panthers, raiders etc.

To me it looks like they've compromised identity for preferable logo placement. Mind you, I think this has been the case since 2000 with the Broncos.

When you see the full length of the jersey it looks better than the picture previously shown

Its clean and simple and although not a take on a classic rugby league design I think it's an improvement on others I've seen.

I don't mind it at all.

PS Yes, it does look like a soccer jersey - but then weren't we saying that the West Sydney Wanderers jersey looked good a couple of pages ago

Good designs are good designs imo. I don't think that soccer and rugby should design exclusively from each other.

Then again I liked this Souths away jersey and everyone thought this was too "soccer" as well

Tweet from Ryan Hoffman about getting a sneak peek at the Storm WCC jersey.

Some of the photo shopped ideas in here might end up getting a start.

That souths jersey looks like the knobwadish large pony Ralph lauren polo shirt. The type you'd expect actually see at a polo match.

It screams hey, look at me. No real substance (in a RL sense) to it IMO.

Thats all well and good for an alternate jersey. The main jersey, along with the team logo, are the key aspects of a team identity. It should look like it belongs to the team.

The issue with the new Broncos jersey is not that it looks terrible or that its messy, its the fact that it could have been a whole lot more identifiable as Broncos kit. Its a lazy design with clearly not much thought or customer engagement involved in the process.

Just another lost opportunity from an NRL club to do something great really

I dont think its "lazy" I put it more in the "self interest" pile.

I.e lets just get some more cash from our fans via yet another radical change to your playing kit.

^I originally had something like that in mind before making up my design. I would have had full gold sleeves and striped cuffs.

Yep that sounds good. My skills and software limited my ability to change the sleeve colour. Just mainly wanted to straighten up the dividing line to see how it looked and, despite how dodgy and pixelated my artistry is (!) i thought it looked good enough to post as a demonstration...looks much tougher IMO.

The other jersey I wanted to have a go of a slight alteration was the Dogs alternate

A splash of white makes it much easier on the eye i think
