Wakefield away is a Hornets shirt ;-)

Was watching Trinity and Hull KR and there seemed to be a lot of Hornets fans in the stands :sarcasm:

Didnt Wigan do the same last season with their alternate, in that it was a near replica to a former Castleford jersey?

The blue one looks great but that white one is sloppy. It takes the title for world's shallowest V, is cut off unnecessarily at the top and bottom and the chest logos are aligned poorly.

I don't actually think they're trying to be V's - I think it's another design. If they were level stripes, instead of tapered slightly it would probably look even better.

Huddersfield Town Football team away kit (yes I know that's a basketball)

and then we have

Huddersfield Giants away kit

I know which one looks much better

I believe the sponsors "Connect products" make canes for blind people and they ran a shirt design competition where all their customers with Parkinsons could design artwork for an art gallery and the design that got the most paint onto a piece of canvas got chosen. Artistic merit was not one of the criteria.

^ that last bit might not be entirely accurate......

and just in case you missed it - here's a football player in the shirt without a basketball and looking straight at the camera

Oh bugger

Just realised the replica of the Storm batman movie jersey was their new away jersey

Well on the bright side it's a massive improvement on lasts years effort and thankfully they have got a cracker for the home jersey.

Looks like they're wearing a turtleneck... horrible.

You're right - those necks are awful dodgy.

Still the basic colours and hooped design for the home jersey are good. Pity they stuffed it with a detail like that.

That may be the case but as it is, it just looks blunt and weird. Looks distorted like a tattoo on a guy doing roids (keepin it topical).

Well feel free to post a pic

The differences are:

A small red trim on the colour has been added.
NIB is now the sleeve sponsor
ISC logo has returned to the traditional position underneath the collar rather than on the shoulders.

Nitpicking 101

Correct. Used to extend all the way into the armpits.

Thats a kids jersey isn't it? It might be considered a bit wrong to have beer advertising on a kids jersey.

Yep sorry I fully meant to write "No VB sponsorship on authentic kids SOO Blues jerseys" ... leaving out the word 'kids' completely changed the post.

So yeah, kids jersey!

Think it would have been better if it was a 'clean' jersey without the VB sponsor, rather than the Blues thing on the front. But hey, what do I know...

Yeah it's the same deal with Souths kids jerseys having their charity "Souths Cares" on the front rather than Star City.
