Jesus man, it only caught Herrera because he made himself get caught. I don't know if you're aware, but knowledge of the rules is part of football knowledge, and you've never been impressive with that. I'll let someone else who's not a confused, self-anointed know-it-all allocate credentials thanks.

I'll take you thinking I know nothing.

Cheers.

All good Villa are gonna win it anyway.

That would be nice.

Putting together a good bit of form to.
Benteke linked to us to.

Can't see it though. He will prob go to Arsenal.

Another weak performance from LFC overnight. I'd love to know what Rodgers practices with the squad during the week. Does he only focus on mind numbing passing backwards or just lets Skrtel,Gerrard and Coutinho pass it between themselves.

Our attack in the final 3rd is non existent, instead of being a bit more direct and actually attacking in or around the box, we stuff around passing it from side to side from about 25-30yds out. Wingers don't attack and cross and when they eventually do, no one is attacking the cross.

Have to laugh at BR saying we're still a fighting chance at Top 4 lol

Seeing Gerrard stand at centre back sometimes was weird. There were times Liverpool was on the attack and he was their player furthest from goal.

That's our system BM, when Gerrard is playing deep mid role the CB's split and Gerrard slots in between them to get movements going.

Everton have been great so far this game. A shame that Europe dented them domestically but they must learn to balance them should they want the success that they crave.

Seems every year a side struggles balancing Europa duties with the Premier League - Swansea, Newcastle, Tottenham and now Everton.

Gotta play to the whistle on the last goal. But did the linesman flag? If so I can sort of understand the players stopping. Still rather they do their job until the hear the refs whistle.

Who remembers two weeks ago when United thought they were Manchesters top team again?

I can't wait for next season when LVG decides to mount a serious challenge to win the title.

Disgraceful performance from a team that supposedly is looking to secure Champions League football. Absolutely disgraceful. Completely undoes all the good work over the last 2 months.

Everton beating United 3-0 makes me happy. Us going 0-0 against Chelsea does not.

They were denied 2 penalities, not 3. And we also missed out on a penalty for a blatant hand ball. And Ivanovic went in studs up from behind TWICE. He should have been sent off and wasn't. In the end Michael Oliver's timidity in making big calls (except when it is Di Maria touching him) went both ways.

Oh well. At this point we are the clear 2nd best team. If we do finish 2nd and get the cup our 2 best seasons in the last decade will be the 2 most recent ones. We're heading in the right direction and are in a position to challenge for the title next season.

You just need to get a few shots on target next season and you might be in with a shout. 1 shot on goal in 2 games.

Azpi and Fabregas unlucky to miss out. Cahill lucky to make it but rewarded for a great start and a good last month.

Happy for Bertie though.
