First half in the Arsenal/Chelsea game a great to watch as neutral. Lots of end to end stuff happening. Ref was a clown as there should've been 4 penalties given in the first half. 3 to CFC and 1 to AFC, Fabregas gets booked for diving when it should've been a clear pen. Shocker from the ref.

On the PFA team of the year, think Couts has been our best but probably lucky to make it over some like Fabregas.

The Fabregas one wasn't a penalty. He didn't dive but it wasn't a penalty either. He just ran into a knee. The defender had the space first.

It should have been 2 penalties to them, 1 penalty to us and a 1st half red for Ivanovic.

I can't wait for next season when LVG decides to mount a serious challenge to win the title.

United are the top team in Manchester.
Just because city are above them in the league doesn't mean they are not a small collection of bitter, hypocritical small time sods living in Stockport and not filling a small ground for a home champs league game.

No. If it was a penalty Ospina gets a yellow not a red. And what happened after the knock clearly shows he wouldn't have got to the ball and so he was not denied a goal scoring opportunity.

Ospina basically ran through him, very lucky to completely get away with it. Chelsea were definitly dudded in the game more than Arsenal IMO. Ramires could've bagged a goal finishing off a lovely move as well. Shame he hit it straight to Ospina.

Have to say Arsenal just need a Worldie up front instead of Giroud and they'd be serious contenders. Think if Utd and Arsenal get the next transfer window right both sides will be a massive chance at the title along with City and Chelsea.

That is what they get for not replacing Suarez with a similar style striker. Ballotelli does not fit how Rogers wants Liverpool to play, whilst Borini is just not up to it and Lambert is at best a bench player.

Balotelli doesn't move around enough. He does make runs behind defenders, but not enough. It was stark contrast to what Borini was trying to do when he was subbed on, but unfortunately Borini does not have Balotelli's raw talent to go with it.

Can't believe I stayed up after work for that game. I really feel for any neutrals who watch LFC games. We must be so frustrating to watch, team that just f**ks around on the edge of the box without actually attacking.

Least we can make the relegation battle interesting by giving the bottom sides points :/
