This injury may be helping him here, making him play much more aggressively. He was missing that at the start

The end of that 2nd set and the start of the 3rd is the worst professional tennis I have ever seen. Nadal was f**ked physically and Wawrinka had lost the plot mentally. Why the f**k would you keep hitting it straight back to Nadal when he clearly is struggling to move?

His first serve was down to 120km for a bit there

How that even got to a 4th set I don't know.

Glad he won but that was the weirdest final I've ever seen.

Man that match was such a let-down after looking forward to it so much. I'm a Nadal fan but I'd rather see him get beaten at his best (physically) than like that, which was highly like considering the way Stan played in the first set. Like I said those games at the end of the 2nd set and beginning of the 3rd set was the worst tennis I have ever seen. Ugh.

Djokovic won't play that badly twice and I am not sure Wawrinka is playing that well this year. Last year he came into the AO in form. Just seems to be moving poorly. Could be wrong, but I have watched a lot of Wawrinka's matches as I love watching him. He was shocking at Kooyong. Everyone will say exhibition, blah, blah. However, movement shouldn't be something that is lacking.

He moved pretty well tonight. ;-)

Hard not to be happy for Stan.

Persistence the dude has it in spades.

Rafa a humble loser.
