Interesting......

Maybe its a subtle clue to let people gradually get used to the idea of the Roosters from the west.

Has a nice ring to it, doesnt it. West Coast Roosters ......... You heard it here first!!!!!!

have a closer look........who are the Raasters, are the relocating to Jamaica?

Excuse my shoddy MS Paint work, but I hope that the Eels jersey will look something like this, and not with a giant "Dyldam" white box on the front.

picture.php
it won't look like that for a start, the 4 strips across the middle have moved, you'll see what i mean when they release it to the public around the end of the month.

How do Souths get away with having very similar home and away jerseys ?

Thats not their away jersey, its just that they have 2 sponsers, so they gave them each a distinct jersey.

This isnt their current away jersey (its last years or the year before), but their current one is pretty much the same, just a V instead of a sash.

Sharks didn't have an away or alt strip this year. We used a couple (members, pink and aboriginal) but no away or alt. No idea how we got away with it
Sharks did have an away/alt strip in 2013, they just never wore it I think. Which is their prerogative, there was never a clash to warrant it anyway.

Wrong - the DeLonghi is the red & green jersey is the away strip, it's worn at every away match, and the black The Star one is worn at home.

The white jersey you refer to is their alternate strip, worn only when there's a clash... usually Canberra away (which didn't happen in 2013). They haven't actually played there the last two seasons anyway.

I hope so. Certainly appears that way in some of the membership stuff they've distributed, big focus on the stripes

Good to see a darker green on the kangaroos jersey. Major improvement from its debut earlier this year. Its starting to look like a better kit except shorts.

I prefer the double vertical stripe on the shorts, but I can live with the double chevron. Now that they're gone from the socks, it's not as much of an overkill.

Don't like the stripes to be honest. But it could be one of those things that look average in a picture but not so bad in person or on tv. When we had the jersey with grey claw marks a couple years back, it looked shit in pictures but much better in person IMO. Hoping that's the case here.

I've really grown to like the new logo though. I think it's an improvement over our previous one. That font change has really helped it.

It's official they've dropped Penrith from the name I guess?

Seriously?

Please point out where the Cowboys logo say 'North Queensland', where warriors logo says 'New Zealand', where the Bulldogs logo says 'Canterbury', where the Souths logo on their jersey says 'South Sydney', or where St George Illawarra logo says 'Dragons'

I guess all those teams have changed their names too?
