2014 Jerseys, Logos & Sponsorship Thread

The Dragons have used the Pink V only during the Women in League round. I'm guessing that the Panthers are the first to have a pink jersey as their away jersey. So they have 12 games black. 12 games pink.

It's a pitty cos' it's 100 times better than that white one with the panther on the front!

Yep I understand that. The point he was making that panthers were first to wear a 'pink' jersey for WIL. I thought we were. Not that it matters, just curious if my memory was correct. I think the panthers jersey was just more memorable because it was so different, where as the pink vee was more subtle

A non 2014 question: on the rush hour tonight, Ginnane was saying Penrith were the first to have a pink WIL jersey?

I could be wrong...but I thought the Pink Vee by us at saints was the first? Don't get me wrong, Penrith have made the idea their own. But I tend to remember thinking we were first?

Not sure if it's been mentioned in here yet, but Titans strip will be done by BLK in 2014, off shoot company of KooGa.

Melbourne Storm strip will be badged as BLK from next year as well.

What would you all think if the titans changed to these colours??

Blue and gold is massively overused and the titans just cant create a distinced identity. But this shade of gold is completely unused in the NRL. And it wouldnt be a massive rebranding, like moving rome the seagulls to the chargers to whatever the others were, they would still be blue and gold, but a more distinced version.

And these wouldnt be bad colours for a titans away jersey.

Edit: given that the whole All Stars thing was Michael Searles brain child, its a bit disappointing that he didnt use these as the titans colours from the beginning.

Its just that the one that won the vote didnt. So who knows what couldve been. The original jersey wasnt one I voted for. I cant find the 6 designs on google images, but I do have them saved on my computer.

Here you go, all 6 jerseys the Titans had up for vote back in 2006/07. My favourite was #1 as they were all rather average designs, obviously #6 won.
