You're right but for mine our pack is the softest in the comp. Having on absolute mongrel in the side wouldn't hurt. I'm sure he's not quite as loose as what's being made out otherwise he'd never play. Regardless, I hope we can move forward and find someone who'll add some much needed starch to the pack.

I like the last bit. We agree to take players from other clubs to help them with their salary cap - Peats. Yet we release players to other clubs and pay a significant amount of their salary. This cycle keeps going on and on. It is funny because it was an area that we were promised would be fixed yet we are committing the same issues that got us where we are.

It's ok. This lot will get voted out at the next election, and then their replacements can repeat the procedure. And people think that our governance structure is suitable for running an operation any bigger than an annual sub-junior golf day..........

If Morley was playing nrl today, he wouldn't of played 3 games/year. that's how soft the game has become. Going by super league forums and fans, hock was nothing short of being a nut case, but could play. Would of spent more times on the sidelines than playing. is that what we really need?

I dont know what it is, but teams dont seem to enough it these days. Maybe its because of the shoulder charge rule, and players staying down every time there is a high shot or a tackle looks high, the referee's will penalise it constantly.

Looked I loved the Lussick tackle the other night and on occassions it will fire your team up. I was hoping Hock wouldve delivered the same thing.

Pretty much, soft defence is just inviting the other side to stay in the game. Even with a sh*t side, you can still play tough.
