That QLD side is very beatable, hope we pick a side capable of doing the job.

Can't take another series loss living up here in cornfed country.

The game being in QLD is worth about 10 points. As a QLDer though I agree it's our weakest team in quite a while. Still think Hayne will be the only player QLD is worried about. Home teams to win all 3 games. QLD 9 wins on the trot.

The attack has to be based around Hayne and Farrah.

T-rex needs to be picked. In red hot form and imagine Hayne firing balls to him.

Backline
Hayne
Morris
Jennings/Idirs/Whighton (personally id go Idris)
Morris
Tafua/Hoppa/Dugan

Or halves are all about as good as each other.Thats why id go for the bulldogs ones. They can steer us around and are tough. Also means Hayne will get more ball and a bigger role to attack along with Farrah.

Mannah shouldn't be even thought of for origin. He is a hard worker but not good enough pure and simple.

Tamou & Gallen front Row
Watmough-Scott second row
Bird - Lock

14 Grant
15 Merrin
16 L.Lewis
17 T-Rex-He is back to best

Bird is suspended, Tafua having a shocker under the high ball tonight.

*Just as I posted that Tafua spills another ball from a kick on the tryline giftint them a try

Our wingers are better than Boyd Tate is going well but i would go with our guys,

Hodges is worse than Hoppa and Tonga.

Pappalli not over Mau

Guerra no

Teo no

Tate, hodges and teo would be welcome imo. Tate and teo are boarder line but hodges man's every team in the nrl and then a few more. Best centre in the comp

Teo would walk into our backrow, Tate and Hodge's are in the near the end but so is Tonga.
But I wouldn't touch a pea heart like Dawwwuis. Guerra is a pretty darn good player id find a spot for his as well.

He may not be ready for the physicality of Origin but his skill level is right up there.

Qld have picked 6 big mobile second rowers

And only two props (though Myles has played a lot o0f 2nd row)

Its a game that is very fast and a mobile pack rules. Doubt we will pick Grant, Mannah or Woods, they are not as mobile and cant play big minutes

8. Gallan
9. Farah
10. Tamau
11. Watmough
12. B Scott
13. Lewis

14. Josh Reynolds
15. T Merrin
16. Cordner
17. T Williams (they may go for Hoffman)

Hoppas old man has called on Fulton not to select will. Says he's not ready yet. Sadly he has a point

I think BA was right in saying that Hoppa won't let anyone down. Personally I think that he can handle the D, certainly find his winger or the high ball - but lacks a line break in his repertoire at this stage. I am sure that this time next year he will be able to beat a man like he used to.

This time next year Hoppa will be the best centre in the NRL, his speed isn't quite back yet nor his strength but he is getting better each week. But if thrown in he wouldn't let anyone down.

We've beaten them three years straight in the under 20s so hopefully that portends a change in the fortunes of the senior teams.
