Unbelievable... Just unbelievable...
The confrence final against the Thunder was more competitive than this... And that really wasn't all THAT competitive TBH...
The Spurs are some sort of team...
In 2 straight series they have managed to handle KD, Westbrook & Miami's big 3.
Lebron is part of the blame, he has only played 2 good quarters in the last 2 games, after the firsts Q in game 3, he had 8points and 7 turnovers. Tonight in a game 4 at home where you expect them to bounce back, he has 9 at the half. Not good enough, he has also let Kawhi go off in him these last two games.
He isn't getting much support but he is part of the problem.
He hasn't been as good as he can be but there's only so much 1 person can do in a team game. MJ was never winning anything if Pippen played like Wade has lately.
No more excuses for him, he is the man and the best player and needs to do more. Jordan never failed in the finals, people can just end the comparisons. He should have come out all guns blazing today but no, he has 9 at the half and by the time he decided to turn up it was too late. Also, Kawhi has outplayed him two straight games, that can not happen to the best player in the world.

You are an idiot.
PS. He has as many rings leading his team as Kobe does.
I'm not hating but if he gets all the praise he has to expect this. Yes, the Heat as a team have been terrible and the Spurs too good but he can't escape some of the blame. Two good quarters won't erase the rest of those average games.

I agree about his starts, he's too unselfish IMO. He seems intent on getting his teammates going before he does. You don't really see Lebron get selfish until after halftime, and they're already behind. Just once I'd like to see him come out all guns blazing and get his team out to a lead. In that regard I agree he deserves some criticism.
The thing is, these aren't scrubs he's playing with like he had in Cleveland. These are some of the best players in the league, they shouldn't need help getting going. Lebron should be able to do whatever he wants and still be able to rely on his teammates to step up when he needs help.
But really it comes down to defence and the inability of the Heat to contain the Spurs passing. They simply had no answer. It's all very well to say Wade etc. should be hitting more shots but there'll still conceding 80 points by 3 quarter time every game. It's too many. Even if you rely on surging home late through hot shooting like the Heat back themselves to do it becomes next to impossible to go on a run when scoring is so easy at the other end.
TBH more than 50% of the credit/blame game should be directed towards the Spurs anyway. They've played the perfect team game and deserve to win it all (if they do get it done). This is a helluva team we're watching right now.
