Didn't tigers members get in for free today as well?

They have 7500 members so not many to draw from assuming not all of them have the anz package. despite that there was a fair number of them there today so imo souths fans should be doing better coming off a premiership and two sunday afternoon games against near rivals. Could say with confidence there were less than 20k souths fans there today.

I dont know how the nrl imagine they are going to grow crowds to get their magical goal of a 20k average, its going to take radical price and stadia changes which is probably a ten year project. I heard its $30 to sit on the hill at brooky currently! Who wants to sit on a hill on a blustery night not me for one

Crowds have been terrible ever since Jarryd Hayne left, its obvious as to whom the people's champ was, people can't stomach a NRL season with the Jarryd.

Absolutely hosing down at Cbus - up the road at Suncorp the A-League was called off after 73 minutes.

I'm normally critical of a Titans crowd but not today.

6,962 at Cbus tonight. Teeming down most of the day and again during the game.

Suncorp had the NRL on Friday night, it's pissed down ever since and there were massive lakes of water on the field. Drainage is poor, so it's not a surprise. Remember in soccer they need the surface itself to be able to take a ball being kicked along it, unlike RL which is mostly ball-in-hand.

Yeah Timmah - I am about 600 odd metres from Suncorp.

From 9am yesterday to 9am this morning we had 114mm.

From 9am this morning now (just went and checked the gauge) we have had 105mm. This all since 5ish.
