id estimate, 50k at ANZ, 25-27k at AAMI, 11k panthers giving around 175-180k for the round or a 22k average per game.

it could potentially be the highest crowd total in RL history excluding round 1s and 26s. the other competition is round 4, 2013 of 179101 total.

but i suspect it will fall a bit short because of the rain over the weekend.

Very good crowd, given the recent crowd attendances in past corresponding fixtures and the fact it was Easter Sunday (which along with Mother's Day are the 2 Sundays in the NRL season that are traditionlly low-drawing)

Lol 12k for two teams in the same city on a nice sunday afternoon. How low our expectations are.

agreed

14-15k minimum. they dont draw particularly well but its a local derby on a sunny sunday. shouldnt be 8,000 off our target crowd average.

Crowd was bigger last season as well. No problems here, more people at NRL games the better.

As Season Ticket holders we were coming down from the Central Coast but because of the threatened bad weather and the returning traffic on the M1 (already two accidents south bound) we will watch on TV.
I do not like Monday Night football any way. Also why have Eels and Penrith playing on same day which will certainly effect Penrith's crowd.

Of all the weeks for wet weather this is worst time for it ever for nrl. There biggest round ruined by weather. Nrl can't catch a break from negative media to wet weather.

Trains are regular today i am on one at the moment and plenty of fans have done the same.
