Roth said the Dragons v Knights game was woeful.

No mention of the conditions the game was played in.

The rain band is just about to hit Penrith but its only a narrow band at the moment and very fast moving, so might only be a shower.

Yeah its falling at around 0.2 - 2mm an hour - not a massive rain event but enough to deter you from taking the youngens.

Its also moving at about 50km an hour, with a width of about 40km.

Wisemans Ferry will cop the most of it, its slipping south but the heavy stuff should miss the west.

If people got on and looked at the radar they would know that the rain should be gone fairly quickly.

I'm certain the crowd on Friday would have been 50-55k + had it not been overcast and rainy all day. Looks like today is gonna be hit as well maybe not to the extent of Friday but don't think it's gonna quite reach 50k. Hopefully better weather for Anzac Day and the queens bday games

What a joke of a stadium. 10 rows from the back in the tigers end and still get wet.

Hopefully still gets 40k+ but hard to see it happening

At Suncorp too, the first 23 rows aren't safe. They say the first 17 rows, but I had row 23 seats and in the heavy stuff we were saturated.

Docile hey, build a roof over the peeps!

I remember from 1988 to 2000 everyone bitched about no rain cover at the sfs.

Then some genius built anz pretty much the same way

Crowds definitely picked up. Think it should get to 35k but maybe just fall short of 40. Still a great crowd considering the conditions
