I am very happy with that.

If the Dogs have as some say biggest supporter base. WHY DON'T THEY SIGN UP AS MEMBERS???

It is very very poor Dogs fans. Zero excuses. Can get to games but not sign up to the club.

Definitely not one of the most passionate. I would call it FAKE PASSION.

Don't go throwing stones at other clubs to quickly, lets see how those souths numbers stack up after a couple of lean years again.

I did not like the Souths Membership ADverstisement photo for 2014 and called up the club and complained.My view was it was not family friendly and definitely not inspiring. Even though i am a GOLD member , I did advise that if anything the advertisement photo made me think of cancelling my membership versus renewing it. the club still set a record last year for fan membership. I still believe the advertisement photo was a negative.

Anyway , i am pleased to say that the 2015 membership drive and photos are great , family friendly and definitely make me feel great about renewing my membership with Souths.

I note the Bulldogs membership drive photo earlier in this thread. It may be more inspiring than
Souths membership photo last year , however i still regard it as not family friendly. Looks more like an add for army recruitment ( i have kept this comment positive).

Even if i had the photo , i would not post it .If you ever went into Souths site during 2014 season and went to membership , it showed two male Souths supporters on a couch obviously watching Souths on TV.I found it depressing as a membership marketing image.

The current photo of a older dad ( or granddad ) with their young son , at a game , looks great. The videos which include a young lady supporter talking about her family's long time support is also great stuff , bringing together family , community.

I hope these support Souths membership to meet their 2015 target and far exceed it.time will tell

As i said the Bulldogs poster shot in this thread looks more like an army recruitment drive.

The figures for Souths are awesome. We go close to beating the second and third best teams (Bulldogs & Broncos) combined.

Yep I'm very proud of it.

Some people on this forum are just jealous of us.

I don't know what you think but I reckon Broncos membership numbers for next year aren't that impressive.

Thought they'd be higher.

Correct!

I have hung on for another year, but there's no way I could bring the kids out for that many Friday nights at the end of the school week. They would be feral. But for the good grace of grandparental babysitting, I wouldn't be renewing for myself.
