They should bring beck the cotton too (the new materials look SOOOO shit)....

I know they use the new stuff for the small advantage it provides, but if the NRL centralised and standardised production the disadvantage would be shard by all (like when the olymics banned the high-tech swin suits).

We'd get the classic feel back in the game and the merch would look infinitely better.

Though "shitty" if fairly subjective; I personally think these new skin-tight plastic shirts should be left to the VFL. In fact, I reckon you are the first person ive ever heard talk shit on the classics.

And, as for the quality, it didnt seem to worry the players during the '08 ANZAC Test or the '05 Origin series...

They haven't had the retro steeden for a few years now.

But I do agree, if a team is going to have a heritage jersey, it has to be worn heritage round.

They can always wear it again for their next home game if they play away on heritage round.
