We now need over 13,134 to avoid CC Roosters 14.8 average, 14,142 to sit on 15k and 16,140 to reach 15.5k for the season.

Didn't you know Frank your only allowed to comment if you can make an excuse for sht crowds. If your not justifying why only a few want to watch NRL live then your not welcome here.

I feel this sort of analysis might pique some interest in the Media Watch section - http://forums.leagueunlimited.com/forums/nrl-media-watch.284Maybe in the wrong thread, but a genuine question for anyone who has an idea of how to quantify stuff, not trying to start a shit storm over tv coverage or scheduling. This season Broncos had no home daytime games, and think maybe one last season. I know the club and supporters would like some daytime footy at suncorp stadium. Meanwhile, Sydney teams, Raiders, Knights, and Warriors all seem to get a good proportion of Saturday and Sunday arvo games, Cowboys got a good proportion of their preferred Saturday night slot which suits fans. My question is what brings a better financial reward to a club - FTA coverage, or home games in a consistent time that can build crowds and a footy culture. Is the benefit of FTA all its made out, or is there some real money to be made by consistent large home crowds.
Best place to advertise. It'll never get covered when the Roosters are at home.A.L.L.I.A.N.Z
I think the crowd might not even reach into the 1970s...Good to see the Roosters getting into the retro round spirit
The crowd looks like something from 1973
