Anyone know the updated PAX for Easter Monday? and next round Friday night at CBUS is the Titans vs Broncos. If the weather is good they should get 15-16k especially with how the both clubs are going. Should be a good game and great crowd!. I can only see the GC Titans crowd increasing this year tbh.

Will be a great crowd if over 23k. 16k would be real drag.

Won't get 23k but its all about improvement. If they want anything over 20k its going to depend on Broncos fans to turn up. You can't expect the Titans to go from a 8-9k crowd to 23k the following week unless like i said Broncos fans turn up in big numbers!. Gold Coast Titans fans can get 16-17k but nothing higher!.

If this game doesn't get 16k we may as well shut up shop on the Gold Coast and let the AFL blow money on it. surely any other team based in QLD would draw a lot better

Isn't one of the ends at CBUS closed off permanently? Or is it dependent on ticket sales?

Yeah one end is closed off. Ticket sales are looking a tad poor, but a week to go.

Such a shame its not on Saturday or Sunday. Broncos fans would be able to travel down in huge numbers.

Is it still school holidays? Some families could make it down from Brisbane. I wish I could, but Friday night + m1 or that train. No. Wouldn't even make it time wise or patience.

12,983 at the Gong. Not too bad, but doesn't exactly give weight to keeping games there. Would have got more at ANZ.

12k is about the norm for win. Rarely have i ever seen it much bigger there. Renovating that stadium was such a waste of money, half those new seats have never been sat in.

Just heard from the Sharks that ticket sales are appalling for tomorrow night.

The solution to this issue as I see it is to force the Sharks to move games to the SFS to fund an upgrade for the Roosters home ground.

Tigers are hoping for 40k tomorrow v eels, hoping for better weather then last year which was pretty horrible.

Pretty sure we've got better crowds for the eels tigers game then the rabbits dogs for the last 2 years, would be good to do it again

12983 for a supposed heartland team coming off a big win is not "not too bad"

That's rich coming from you.

Your club just had it's biggest home game of the year at 4pm on a public holiday against one of your biggest rivals. You were outnumbered at least 60:40 in a 38k crowd so at best you had ~15k fans there and you want to bag other clubs.

It was rugby onion 'Origin' up in Brisbane today and a well-fudged 17k was posted.

Awful crowd for QLD v NSW.

From memory dogs v Souths drew 43k last year which beat the Tigers v eels crowd, however in 2014 the eels v tigers game drew 50k which beat the dogs v Souths. 2013 was the record where dogs v Souths drew 51.6k (before the Easter Monday game became tradition). Hopefully the NRL persist with these 2 fixtures. In 5-10 years we could see both of them drawing over 50k if we stick with it as a tradition

I thought the roosters were :p. I doubt when they play at anz b'man will blame the lack of roosters supporters. 13k is fine for the gong, considering its population is around 150k lower than Canberra and 50k lower than central coast, that's an ok crowd. Not a lot of panthers supporters would have travelled. Considering how neglected Illawarra is by the merger. Hopefully we can get a strong number to the knights, they don't tend to inspire big numbers like Melbourne, Brisbane, Canterbury, roosters or manly
