The crap thing now is they don't play eachother again this season not including finals. I think the NRL should of scheduled 1 early in the season like round 9 and than a game closer towards the end of the season because if both were in the top 8 or top 4 and they played eachother in round 22 or 23 they would of easily got a crowd of 45k-50k+ in round 22 or 23 on Friday night.

I am tipping the Cronulla Sharks to get their highest home crowd attendance this Sunday against the Broncos. SHould be a sell-out or very close. Anyone know the PAX?

No team should play another team a 2nd time until they have played every other team once imo.

I would have to be beaten, tied and gagged to go to a Greatest waste of space game. whatever figure they get they'll probably double it.

Too much sense for the NRL.

Storm and Warriors have already played each other twice.

Same with Souths/Roosters and Dogs/Eels.

Whoever thought it was good idea to schedule the games like this so close together didn't put too much thought into it.

Apparently the designers won an award overseas for the design of AAMI Park.

I agree it looks strange but inside its a brilliant ground to watch league.
There is not a bad seat in the place. AAMI Park is a great place to watch a game.
the stadium looks great a night when the roof is lit up in the colours of the home team.

Geez I agree with supporting country RL but you have to wonder if it is worth the hit on crowd figures. Might have only been 9-10k at Penrith but a crowd of 11-12k wouldn't have been out of the question which is almost double what they got.

Haven't seen an official figure but have seen 9,500 mentioned for Roosters-Knights?

Good looking crowd at brooky tonight. Quality of the cowboys would have drawn a few more in than normal for that fixture I suspect
