The Full V of the StGeorge jumper looks SOOOOOOO good; they just need to take it over the shoulder...

I know they like the idea of finishin the V around the belly-button, but but that demands they cut it in half which just looks shit.

It was different, that's for sure. I don't think I like the miss-match between jersey trim and shorts colour.

It's about time they dropped the superfluous piping & side-panels, and just went for the classic Rabbitohs look: white bunny on the cardinal & myrtle stripes, with black shorts.

Oh, and getting a distinctly different away jersey, instead of just changing the trim from white to black for home and away,

Just saw the Sunday Footy Show where they just had legend of league Ricky Walford and showed footage of him playing for the Roosters in 1982/83 and they were wearing a predominately red jersey didnt show the front but looked more like an illawarra kit. Anyone got a pic of the actual jersey from the front? Would love to see it.

I think you're thinking of the clip they showed of him playing for North Sydney. They wore a mostly red jersey with black lines on it at the time.

It would be such a valuable piece of real-estate, i cannot imagine they would leave it blank...

If they cant finalise a sponsor, i would aume they would advertise a charity or an NRL program (maybe PlayNRL.com)

I don't see why the Bulldogs wouldn't have just worn their home jersey against the Rabbitohs.

The black on the away clashed much more than the white on the home would have.
Not that there was much of a clash anyway, but it just didn't seem necessary.

I'm not into the doggies away jersey as much as i originally thought. The black and blue don't look great together

This is what I don't get - we've got a blue & white kit, and a blue & black kit. They've got a red green & white kit, and a red green & black kit.

Instead of, I dunno, using two contrasting kits - the blue/black and red/green/black combos were played against each other, and in R26 no doubt the white ones will be used.
