For the first time in years I am seriously considering not buying a membership

I have just checked the packages and I've got to pay $20 extra for a baseball cap and we only get 10 games at home this year

If we make the trip to Gosford we've got to PAY extra

f**k that

Also - where is the other game? We're supposed to have 12 home games?

Souths get 9 home games at ANZ. I get reciprocal rights to the 2 away games at ANZ too. Plus entry to our SCG game and Charity Shield.

You need to deal with reality that teams are moving 2-3 of their home games a season.

I can see the Roosters are not as professional in their m/ship as Souths. Don't take it as me being rude it's just what I think in all honesty.

You're not being rude, you're spot on

You get entry to 10 home games (including SCG) plus two away games to make up the 12 - in effect they're giving you the home games you lose back. It's not a loss really as they're played at ANZ anyway.

I am all for one of our games going to Gosford, but entry should be included in the membership price as it was last year.

We should also come to an agreement with another Sydney club for reciprocal rights to their ground when we play them to make up for the additional game lost, same as you. I'm assuming we're taking a home game to NZ or Darwin or somewhere else. That's fine, but give us access to say Manly, the Sharks or the Tigers. One of the Sydney clubs where we traditionally get smaller crowds. If you give their fans entry to Allianz it would make for a better atmosphere at both games as fans would make the effort if entry was included.

Hey, Manly isn't even locked in to a home ground yet, so stop your whinging*

*this doesn't affect me as my membership is unticketed, but sweet merciful f**k it's ridicirous.

Got an email that we've cracked the 10k mark. Ahead of the mark last year (December 18), so that's a positive.

Melbourne now at 10,206. Guess the big jump is from all of the auto-renewals being counted.

I'm waiting on the draw to be released and which games are announced as the 3 games I get entry to in Sydney with a NSW Plus membership.

Once the ARLC regains full control of the draw in 2018, i would hope they would release it earlier in the off-season. Could even be worth releasing it during the GF week of the previous season...

Id personally be inclined to say "keep the same draw every year", but the major weekends annoyingly fall in different rounds every year.

Agreed as well.

Entry to the Gosford game should be included. I'd be frustrated if I was in your shoes.

He's positing sensibly in all honesty.

I agree with him.

Would really like to see us hit the 20k mark. This trophy tour of the north should have had a membership ambassador in tow to take advantage of the goodwill at the moment.

It's what I would be doing.

I've been emailing the media manager every few weeks - 8,746 was the last figure he gave me about a week ago now. They're doing pretty well for this time of the year. I'd back them in for 15-16k if they can keep the momentum going.
