Just like Peptide Paul should probably get a week for the high shot on Oates
doubt it.
Gal was majestic.

did you read JT's lips when he let Jennings trample him to score the match winner?
He was already whinging as he lay on his back...long before he could get in front of a TV camera.

why can't QLDers be happy with what they achieved?
Always got to have a cry about everything.
Poor old Gallen goes over to his family in the crowd and gets bagged out for not standing and listening to Smiths speech.
Lets be honest here....Gallen has heard that same speech as many times as Smith himself.... he knows it off by heart.

Gallen himself just got finished calling QLDrs bad winners and then shows poor sportsmanship himself. There was plenty of blue sobbing after Gal got booed giving a speech a few years ago. Short memories.

At least Parker finally got done for one of his dog shots
Parker is shown as having "7 years incident free for discount."

Am flabbergasted.

Was there a man of the match? Didn't see one mentioned.

This site gave it to Tedesco. Not flabbergasted by that, as they've been at the forefront of his cheer squad all along.

I would have gone for Woods, with Moylan close behind. Both had their best game this year.

While Fifita shouldn't have run in like, Cooper was the instigator. If they're going to ban Fifita for a match than they should also get Cooper. You cannot be throwing objects at peoples faces.

If Cooper thinks he can do something like that in an origin match without any retaliation than he is kidding himself.
I am fairly positive Fafita was getting some payback on cooper, if people watch the game again, before that incident cooper was pulling fafitas stupid little pony tail thing he had in his hair. He was close to ripping the hair out of his scalp, so I guess Fafita as dumb as it was had some pent up rage about having the girl pull his hair and used the ball throw to the head as an excuse to go after him.

Woods was the best on the park. Frizell or Gallen would have been if they got more minutes.

If you have a pony tail, you're fair game for having a shit hair cut.
Not sure why Cooper would pull at it though given his history of shit haircuts.

Yeah, if so, thats more understandable. Then again, couldn't have picked a worse moment to look for some revenge

People are actually trying to say Cooper didn't throw the ball at Moylan on the ground?

People are saying that it's an exaggeration to say that he 'threw' the ball at him.

Some of you blokes have the same IQ at Fafita

21 line break and try assists this year .. but he doesnt pass the ball.
The impression I gained in the first half was that he wasn't up to the speed of the game. Moylan threw a couple of very sharp passes his way and he wasn't ready, despite having injected himself into the backline. I saw him pass to Jennings once in the second half (who dropped it) but mostly he died with the ball. 260 metres sounds great but the game plan was clearly to get the ball to him at every opportunity, not sure if they thought about what to do after that though. Queensland were onto it.

I'm wondering if he was injured at the end, the ease with which Cronk (aged 32) ran him down.

It's also an understatement to suggest he only "dropped it" on him - what he did was deliberate to rub it in his face. Debate the semantics all you like, it's the justification for Fifita's actions - as dumb as they were.

And how does someone who follows NRL enough to post on a forum get Fifita's name wrong?

Meanwhile Dugan's scans are back:

Look, its largely semantics.

To me, its overly dramatic to say that he 'threw the ball at him'.

I really wish Penrith fans would drop this Moylan/Tedesco rubbish.

You've just wondered why "Cronk ran Tedesco down" - if it was a straight-line footrace you could back Jimmy every day and twice on Sundays. But I'm not sure you're intelligent enough to understand Tedesco was running in-traffic and had to change his direction, hence Cronk being able to cover the ground to get him.
