Sydney rain for the weekend according to BOM is ranging from 1 - 8mm max ... hardly a month of rain in a weekend

Brisbane was showing as 20-40mm for Friday earlier in the week. They have revised it back to 10-20mls now. Either way, any form of rain or talk about severe rain like the media is, will shave the crowd.

Crowd going to be 25-28k depending on the weather. Selling far worse than our Canberra or Roosters games (29k & 30k) but better than Penrith (21k).

What's the Rabbitohs jersey 2017 count up to? I raised this at the start of the year to how many jerseys teams are wearing these days.

Here is my count so far for the bunnies-

5 . Aboriginal jersey
6. Away Jersey

Probably yet to be released-
Heritage round jersey
Alternate jersey

NRL should cap the amount of jerseys issued by each club. On certain games it is hard to recognise who is playing.

Thats just taking the piss and all teams should just stick to one jersey a year.

At least the shark fans try and get into it, they add some atmosphere. League crowds are so f**king boring lol, was at a Broncos game with mates a few years ago, I got told to sit down and to stop making so much noise, I procedded to tell them to watch the game at home, so stale and dull.

Agree. This rain has set in and converging in off the coast so we are looking more like 22-24k...

Barely a ticket sold since the talk of the big rain event, amazing the power of the media.

We drew 37k in 2015 on a Sunday afternoon, superhero Sunday I recall.

They really need to make those thursday kick offs a 7:00pm start, they finish too late. but otherwise it's probably good to play some one low drawing like the cowboys then, so you can draw decent crowds for higher drawing teams.
