Nrl must have instrumented I cannot be arsed round,

After all the good causes of women in league and indigenous stuff and so forth

This weekend is a great chance to sit back and not give a f**k

It's basically the I don't give a f**k round

It's working an absolute treat so far

Well below this seasons avg. surprising with everything in favour of a big crowd turning out.

There's more to crowd figures than just the weather Perth Red ;)

I agree with thorson1987 that playing at the same time as both Essendon & Collingwood (the AFL clubs that help boost our Anzac Day crowd) drops crowd sizes.

Combine that with the fact we've only had two FTA games in the past 3 months and that when we have played at home since Anzac Day we haven't had our Big 3 playing. If we look 'less dominant' due to us having better squads away than at home, fans aren't quite as engaged with our "top of the table" side.

Plus the promotion for this weeks game was below standard here in Melbourne due to the question mark around Cam Smith's injury meaning Storm couldn't highlight Cam Smith's 350th across the Melbourne media. All the interest was around the Billy Slater hit from last week and not hyping the game.

15,000 is a good crowd for a Sunday afternoon considering the above factors.

Think what the Storm would get if they were bottom feeders, getting 15000 to a RL club game in Melbourne requires far more effort than most people could imagine
