If the Parra games pulls 17k more than GWS, it will be the first time the NRL has outdrawn the AFL is a weekend (regular season or finals) since the 1999 GF with the increased capacity at Homebush. Should happen.

Well in a 1 team town .. I would think 45k for a final would be minimum

Gws Max is 23k so we need 40k to guarantee the win over afl

What's the bet we fall agonisingly short as per usual ..

Or we just totally fall way short.. which is as per usual usually as well

I feel like our average against Penrith would definitely be 24k, a 14k increase I am not mad at.

Is there a website I can get a list of all Penrith crowds at suncorp?

Yeah they got 55k.

Suncorp, 72% full with a non rivalry.

MCG 55% full, some may argue the Geelong fans did have to travel, along with the Swans (south Melbourne) fans.

should yes
121,000 is the biggest weve had in a single weekend in finals in 2011 week 1
that had a 46K in Sydney & a 49K in Brissie though
christ where have those days gone !!

we had 115,500 to the 2 prelims in 2010
thats the highest average for a weekend outside of a GF at 57,750

You would think parra fans would pack the joint out being their first finals appearance in sydney for 8 years and being sudden death and being one of the biggest NRL clubs.

Considering this, the crowd will be around 25k.
