Posted in the match thread vs Bulldogs but figured I'd re-post it here. I see this game going one of two ways:

The Broncos to either:

a) Eclipse St George's 1935 record for biggest win recorded in 1st grade or,

b) Bumble their way to trail 29-0 at halftime...only to come back in the second half, tie the game with a 50 metre field goal on the buzzer that hits the left upright, drops, bounces on the crossbar and rolls forward into the in-goal. Thus sending us to golden point extra time where the scores are tied into the final ten seconds, with shared points looming...Knights have the ball...

...last tackle....

...it goes to Lamb, 10 metres from the Knights try line...

...he goes for the field goal and strikes it- it's sailing through the air on target.....

...it hits the cross-bar and rebounds- caught by a Broncos player...

...he sprints away and coming up to a wall of Knights defenders, kicks it- it's a terrible kick that looks to be headed out on the full....

...suddenly a HUGE gust of wind blows the ball back, it lands just inside the field of play and bounces almost at right angles into the hands of another Broncos player who sprints away to score under the posts. TRY!

...it is immediately titled "Greatest Rugby League Game In History (TM)"

...the commentators emphatically repeat, over and over, how "You will NEVER see ANYTHING like that again!"

....The 2018 Guiness Book Of World Records lists the largest mass-suicide in recorded history as the one that took place inside McDonald Jones Stadium after the Round 19, 2017 Knights v Broncos game...

broncs by 16. Brisbane have a few more ideas in attack then the dogs (and under 13's side has more ideas in attack then the dogs) and will be waiting a long time for the donkeys to get back to back penalties against them to score off the back of.

Broncos to hit back by smashing the Knights and their fans to start gushing again about how they're premiership certainties.
