Looking forward to seeing Edwards in his natural position, the guy looked a star on debut against the tigers from the wing the other week
That was his second NRL match. He made his debut last year against Sharks. Looked just as promising in a beaten side. He is so much like Tedesco in the way he plays the game. He gives 110% and never gives up on a play. He's not quiet as freakish in strength/speed area. But he has that same attitude and is pretty quick and strong still.

I feel like we are pretty lucky to be playing a side like Souths during these circumstances, Our new backline doesn't look too bad compared to theirs so i give our side a real solid chance of winning this game in front of a hopefully big home crowd.

Even without Moylan,Blake,Peachy and Hiku,( reserve grade) we have more than capable replacements who have the chance to shine in the Sun.

Yeah that's still a handy backline. If anything TMM and Cleary might play better with out Moylan taking over most of the playmaking duties

I'm pretty much excited over this backline. Edwards, this kid really has what it takes. You watch him with the ball, and it's an absolute crying shame he is playing reserve grade.

Yeah I am excited for this too now. No real expectations. Keen to see how TMM and Cleary go running the show. Still reckon we will get up for this. Penrith by 4 now.

Our backline isnt much weaker than Souths. But what worries me is all the new combinations. Souths are used to a shit backline without syrike power.

There will be a lot of miscommunication out wide. Attack will break down. Defenders will not have much trust/knowledge of the guys beside them.

If Souths cant beat us with half a dozen NRL backs missing they should just give it up now.

Flirting with 2 and 4 now FMD. 'Premiership favourites' NOT

The only things that give me hope is that it's at home and it's against Souths.

A lot of extra responsibility falls on Cleary's shoulders now. Will be keen to see how he handles it.

The worst thing about playing lol@souffs.... Having to read TardBoy20's attempts at banter... It truly is f**king torture.
I hope we get you so you'll shut up!!!!!!!!

They've been getting on the drink hey???

Poor culture out there could be affecting team morale.
