Ok...I thought you said it was a dog shot, not a shove.

Ennis sailed close to the wind & was a pain in the arse....but not a dog shottter!
Ennis was a funny f**k and his clapping in Canberra was one of the best thing ive ever seen but 20 years ago his career would have lasted 10mins before his jaw was broken. He and Reynolds are the result of this no punch rule nonsense. Awful look for the game........almost at AFL levels now

lol OK mate. He's a dogshover. Point is, the tackle looks good on the highlight reels, but Moylan wasn't hurt and Ennis made the whole thing a waste of time. Ironically Ennis is Moylan's biggest fan on Fox. It's almost embarrassing.
For the record, I have nothing but respect for Luke Lewis.

I think you will find that the majority of Panther fans still have a soft spot for Lewis. Him leaving us was a bitter pill at the time, but it needed to happen. Loved seeing him get the CCM last year. Last years hit on Moylan was a cracker as well. He should be remembered as one of the most complete and versatile players of his generation. I don't know where he would fit, but I would be stoked if he came home for a swan song next year.

tipping yhe panthers here. sharks have to be a bit sore from last weeks epic clash with the storm. matt prior in particular who smashed the shit out of anyone who ran near him.

It will be in the back half of the game where they may feel it. Cam Smith said as much yesterday when explaining the Storm's second half

AGREE. would love to see one week of punching allowed, just for shit bags to be put back in their place.

He's a dog merkin, always has been. Now the merkin is f**king up foxtel commentary.

It was an extremely physical game played in very heavy conditions, so no wonder the storm ran out of puff.

Wouldn't be surprised if it happens to us too but I hope we can get the job done.

Panthers will be desperate though & totally focused I reckon, especially the likes of Moylan.

Yep, he certainly took advantage of the no punch rule.

"Officially" huh? This is included in the Dally M's now or something?

Lewis is a cat if that's the best he can do. Maybe he can put a hit on Kikau or Tamou tomorrow but more likely he'll target Peachey.

Did Holmes' off the ball hit on TMM from the same game make the list? The one that put him out for the season?

Please, cry a bit harder.

Calling Lewis a cat. Other than jaded Panthers fans who can't stand the thought that their brilliant 5 year plan involved giving us a Clive Churchill medal winning legend, no one in league would think of Lewis as anything other than a hard, fair, brilliant professional.

And crying harder over Holme's "off the ball hit" on TMM. If you guys could pass properly it wouldn't have been off the ball, which is why it wasn't cited, or even a penalty. A regulation hit that is never penalised. Not Holme's fault that the Panthers are made of paper mache.

When you've recovered from your hissy fit, good luck tomorrow. Panthers looking like the regular under achievers we've come to expect this last few seasons, but I really do think they could be a top 4 team soon enough (if not this year, they've let the season get away a bit, then next year, with their young halves settled a bit more).

You have the brilliance to trouble us, just remains to be seen if you'll lift to the defensive intensity required. You have to at some time this you, just hoping it's not tomorrow...

Sharks by 8.

That sure is a decent roasting you copped there Frog :D

Congrats on the wing Sharks. Our dickhead coach has opted for picking the worst centre the Panthers have on the bench ahead of Sitaleki Akauolo, Corey Harawira-Naera and Villiame Kikau.

A f**king centre ahead of impact players against a great forward pack. He's not even a good centre that has demanded selection. Our win rate with him is terrible.

Like Moylan after Lewis clobbered him,. I just get up and play on.

Not surprised a Sharks supporter would be OK with illegal hits that put players in hospital given this club's recent behaviour.
