What? Everyone's surprise? Melbourne have had more sin bins then anyone this year.
They are also the most penalised team but surprise surprise they only conceded one in the second half last week.
As for matching Melbourne, the only time they looked threatening is when Melbourne were down a man. Their other try came from a bit of luck and a forward pass
They were down a man because they cheated. They also scored off a forward pass. Everyone thought the refs were ordinary last week. Melbourne got all the calls.

Anyway tonight the refs were excellent. I can't complain.

Parra probably breathed a sigh of relief when the Cowboys beat the Sharks...
I did. The Sharks have a better side than the Cowboys (minus Thurston), and were dudded by the refs. If we were outclassed by the Cowboys we would have been smashed by the Sharks.

I didn't blame last week's loss to Penrith but Manly's crap play. Moreso the referees.

Geez I hate a non NSW Grand Final.

So go the Roosters as I go for chemotherapy and a frontal lobotomy
The sad state I am now in too.

Broncos or Storm vs Cowboys or Roosters.

Roosters by location alone now.

To everyone's surprise? Storm have had 7 sin bins this season. The biggest surprise was that sin bin rules weren't enforced when Alvaro was throwing elbows and for semi's slap.
Those incidents weren't even charged by the MRC. They were nothing.

that's true nothing to be ashamed of by that, we sucked tonight but we've proven we can play at a level to beat roosters and storm that the cows aren't capable of....that i'll stick with.

Better team won and carries some momentum into next week.

The other 3 teams are the f**king evil side of the nrl so whoever won tonight was my team.

f**k interstate rivalry this is club footy. Go Cowboys!

I couldn't really give a shit where the contestants come from.

Sure, the furious masturbation from the type of people who wear Origin jerseys to Broncos games would be unbearable to say the least, but I'm essentially on the "anybody but Melbourne" bandwagon at this point in time...

Normally I'd favour the Cowboys over the Roosters, but of the teams left I can only see the Roosters realistically beating the Storm in the decider, should they meet.

Only capable of beating your mob who can play at a level to beat the roosters and storm. That I will stick with. Even though the chooks dusted Parra 48-10 if I remember rightly.
