Can't say I agree, even the maligned AFL took games this round to Canberra and Cairns. Brookvale certainly needs an update, the same can certainly said for that ashtray shaped eyesore the Raiders can't get a win at.

everyone else was there to see the Dragons

would have got twice the crowd at Suncorp & twice the $$

Was at the game at Tbar today .

Was,prob 95% full
I've seen a crowd with about 2 k extra ( cows v Tits trial in 2014)
But a lot of standing space today was taken up by extra food ...drinks ...merc Etc stalls
Plus the media( ch 9 had a large stage area for their broadcast crew) .

Went as a neutral & enjoyed it immensely .

As for the N Brown question
It was a stand down the southern end ( where Dragons were scoring their 2nd half tries )
Was pulled down a few yrs ago due to the campaign by an activist

Funny thing is the N had nothing to do with racism ....apparently was a nickname to do with a certain show polish of the time

Also from what I’ve read about stadiums qld and there hire costs, Suncorp is very expensive. I do question going Gladstone over Rockhampton with 30000 more people and probably a larger ground but I think it’s already sold out as there are no tickets left to the public.
