Yeah I gave the Warriors every chance during the week, but they were just awful. Losing RTS was a harsh blow but their fall began well before that conceding two easy tries within 5 minutes. Then RTS goes down and their heads just dropped, and from that point on they were on the plane home with eyes on the holidays.

Pennies were pretty decent, especially their halves who were composed and professional, but what I saw didn't suggest to me that they can beat a top 4 side.

The Warriors had success with this last time we played them, but this time we were ready.

Thing is,even if we win the next two games,the are ppl who choose not to be convinced that we are a good side. What we were earlier in the year,is what we are now.

RTS is a great player but the way they went to water after he went off was horrendous. Massive choke by a team more than capable of beating any team. Penrith didn't play that great either.

Didn't play that great? They played like souls possessed. The huge reason why the Warriors didn't play well was because the Panthers played brilliantly. They idn't allow them hardly any leverage. That is two halves of football that the opposition has not scored against us. The last time we were doing that,we were damn hard to beat.

Best performance since the Dragons game. Apart from the first 20 minutes I can't have any complaints about the game because they just gave the Warriors nothing and Maloney and Cleary managed the game perfectly. Hard to believe that was the same team whose season look dead 2 weeks ago. We probably need to be even better to beat either Sharks or Roosters.

Commiserations to the Warriors, I hope they go further next season.
