While on the subject of updated SL jerseys, I did this very rough mock up of the Sharks that I did years ago that could have been used for the Nines.

Showing a sign of the times, it was when they were using that really vibrant sky blue and were sponsorless

There's a joke to be made about a friggin block of apartments being the most low-rent sponsor in the NRL, but I'm too ashamed to make it. What an embarrassment.

I know we have briefly discussed this Warriors jersey a couple of months ago, but in hindsight I think it is one of the designs of the year. Unfortunately it is branded as a "heritage" and will probably only be worn once. Could easily be a more permanent jersey (and yes..it is the old CCC template)

Warriors home should be black with silver as the secondary colour. Away should be the reverse (as it was from 2003- 2008)

But that heritage one should be their back-up jersey. Keep those three and finally give the Warriors some sense of identity, at a time when they need it most.

I suspect this is “inspired by”.
To be fair the colour scheme is heritage, even if the design isnt

Which is why the jersey has an unfair stigma attached to it resulting conversations about the jersey being about be about how it looks nothing like their heritage. Whereas, if it were released as their actual "away/clash" jersey, it would hold up quite solidly in its own right.
