That could work - the only other club that wears a predominantly red jersey is the Dragons, and that's only for THEIR away/alternate.

Sure is a different angle from having a white away/alternate. Parra already do this with Blue and gold (mostly blue home, mostly gold alternate) - IMO more teams should follow that lead instead of just opting for a white away/alternate.

Agree. Perhaps a tad more green on the jumper or even red and green vertical stripes on the sides of the shorts. And yes get rid of the side panels on the horizontal jumper for sure!

With the home being the traditional stripes (2/3rds green, 1/3rd red, no side panels, black shorts).

Both kits with the white bunny logo. Easy solution.

The cowboys one last night was saved by the rain dulling the maroon and yellow (to a lesser extent). From a distance and in the 2nd half (the indigenious sleeve towards the cameras), it looked not too bad, especially from the back as it just looked navy and grey.

Still an aids jersey though. Walking around suncorp before the game I just shook my head at the idiots who bought one. Mind you people would have been shaking their heads at me paying $39.50 for 4 spirits.........

Sharks on social media have been using headmark/secondary logos to promote the trials.

It's looks so much better and cleaner, hope it catches on

Ive always thought the current style of badges was a bit dumb, they are impossible to see from more than 3m away.

Id like to see clubs using 2 logos; the regular logo with the big wordmark under neath and a second (like this) that is simplified and distinguishable from 100m

I was talking about this on the cowbs forum last week. Our horns logo is pretty tired these days. Whilst I don’t mind when the star and the word mark is removed and just the horns by thselves are used (there’s a trucker hat this year that just has the horns and its not too bad)

i really think a refresh is in order.

There’s 2 paths they can go down. Continue focusing in on the cow/bull element with something along the lines of these

^ i actually think with some colour tweaks (change the red/ black to navy/grey) and simplification this one could look really good




Or the could focus more on the human element of their name with something like these-

^ this is too busy but just an example of an idea

^^ i actually love this one. The hat looks legit akubra, agressive enough and not too busy for embroidery/merch. I’d love if they went down the path of something like this.

It would make sense if the black bunny didn't get lost in Souths' colours. The white bunny works better on the jersey, save the black one for light coloured merch.

I really like the original horns logo. But it doesn't have any vertical height. The oval behind the horns with the wordmark underneath was the best solution they've come up with imo. I sent a logo to the club along these lines last year. Will have to get in touch with them to see if there's any feedback, otherwise it will get posted here.
