Not that i care either way but he's a seasoned professional, i find it strange he was your best last season basically and now dropped to work on things...

Nofo is the type of winger to score 2 tries but let in 4

Good attacking player but I’m kinda glad his defense has been put on notice, just sucks we don’t really have better wingers to replace him

Ivan also had Shaun Johnson and James Maloney

Not Luke Brooks..

He also got the panthers to a prelim with Jamie Soward and Will Smith in the halves

For someone who doesn’t care you seem to be commenting on it a lot. I agree it’s bemusing however for all of Nofas strengths his defence has always been terrible. Last year he might have been dropped but we had no one to bring in. I don’t agree with it but happy to back Ivan.

Shouldn't have dropped Nofo!

He does so much shit work!

Something tells me it's goes deeper than him just being dropped....

It'll come out eventually!

Cleary did it regularly to talented players like Jennings and Inu. Maybe just the kick up the ass Nofo needs

I just pointed out i had heard he was dropped and am just replying to those responding saying it was BS..

But yes Ivan did get Penrith to a Prelim, but Soward had a career best year basically and already had a premiership under his belt. He had the experience.

Last year he was our best at showing heart, dirty carries out of our half into the teeth of the opposition defence and scoring when he had three guys in front in the corner. He was also close to our worst in defence with some very fragile assistance from his centre partner (got better after Marsters joined him). He also played busted most of last year.

Also last year there was zero cover for him. If he was dropped he would have been replaced by Jordan Rankin. This year we have depth and cover for most positions and seemingly Ivan is true to his word that no one's position is safe.

I love Nofo for his heart and the way he committed last year when 3 of the "snore four" where being prima donas but I am also loving the new era at the Tigers so far. Can't keep doing the same thing year in and year out.

Nofa has been dropped to work on defence and fitness. McQueen has 15 minutes of gametime in 8 months, he was always going to start in nsw cup
Lol no one has played for 4/5 months so that’s a poor excuse. There’s no better time for someone to come back from an injury then round 1 where everyone is rusty.

Ok, well I guess we’ve just got an International running round in nsw cup cause our team is so f*#king awesome
