Ok. I’ll answer your question. You have been outed as an obvious troll elsewhere. What you say on this particular thread is irrelevant.

Now back to crowds. How is Sat looking re sales? Still better than Fri?
If that is the case then I’d suggest you leave your evident disregard for me to TFC.
Stay on topic and discuss this topic with respect. As for today, I hope we get 43000.

Can I suggest you take your suggestions and stick them where the sun don’t.

Next time I need the views of an ancient, ex rah rah playing troll, you’ll be the first I give a yell out to. The only reason you have turned up here now is to defend your precious sport going down the gurgler.

It’s quite funny to watch.

45k today would be good. Great weather.

I think what needs to happen is there needs to be enough teams in south east Queensland (including Sunshine Coast) that Melbourne Storm cannot continue to successfully drain the area and therefore they actually need to start working on their own backyard.

They are all separate crowds. Every game is counted on its own.

In a normal game crowd is counted by end of halftime

Usually gates are openned to allow to people to leave

But if dont count people leaving the second crowd figure is inflated

Or do you say 35k turned up to watch the Tigers and only 6k turned to watch the Broncos

Not matter what you have paid for both games even if you left or turned up late

Stallion's alt still derailing the crowd thread? Colour me red, black and shocked. Bit of a shame it rained yesterday, Brisbane sports fans are apparently just as easily curtailed by the weather as Sydney fans it seems.

Regarding crowds this weekend it's really quite simple. Every round the number of people that attend is divided by the number of games, which is 8. This round is no different. So far we 17k plus 41k for 3 games.
Imo when the broadcasters announced the crowd figure for Tigers match, it was announcing how many people had turned up at that point in time of the event. So in reality 35k out of a total of 41k saw the first game.
Simple.

SPOT ON!!! The pure stupidity of individual crowd counting haha it’s laughable.

Bet Greenberg will come out & hail it as a success too & pat himself on the back.

No matter what way you look at this facts are facts, they COULDN’T even fill out a stadium where you had the home team featured on top of a double header.

In 2014 when Souths played Brisbane on Anzac Day they got 46K from memory.

Crowds are down and declining even more this year & this magic round is just another DSIMAL FAILURE.

Disagree, as long as the total number of people attending across the 4 days is more than you would expect fo each game individually then it’s a success crowd wise. There’s no need to fudge things, just take the 4 days attendance and divide by 8 to give an accurate descriptor of how many people turned out to watch the games.

Given we are likely to have more fans watching, each “home” club getting $270k and Q’land Govt relationship strengthened I can’t see why you’d class it as a failure?

Taking that approach 59000 people have watched 3 games so far. That’s a success already
