Agree with what you are saying, but! To achieve this, tickets originally on sale for $255 released for $55 the day before, they are copping losses on half that category that they could have sold for an appropriate price from day one.Not that I'm thrilled at the ticket prices either but if you are selling out a game in half an hour, your ticket prices are way too cheap. If you are not selling it out, you are too expensive but if by kick-off, you've filled the stadium you've nailed it. They usually achieve a full-house so I guess they've got it right.
