Restricted view hve been reduced from $165 a pop to $55 each... they aren’t fire selling off any other categories.
Both codes claim sell-outs that end up being a couple of thousand short of capacity for big games. In almost all cases it's a result of stadium members not turning up.They should just do what the AFL do and steadfastly claim the games a sellout, regardless of how many thousands of empty seats there are. Unfortunately the NRL media aren’t sycophantic stooges and won’t blindly regurgitate the spin in the same way the AFL media do.
must be a shit tonne of stadium members in Shanghai. Both codes claim sell-outs that end up being a couple of thousand short of capacity for big games. In almost all cases it's a result of stadium members not turning up.
They will sell the seats somehow, its pretty poor the media clowns feel the need to carry on about it, Robert Craddock is probably the worst. I personally wouldn’t spend $200 to watch any sporting event. Perhaps they forget its a working mans sport and probably 200k people would love to go if they didn’t have other priorities. $120 is ample for a premium seat, they can slug the corporates more for their packages, its a tax write for the company, not somebody spending their own hard earnedSome tickets released as cat bronze now
I'm not even sure there are many AFL fans who think Shanghai is a good idea. Most are glad to see it failing.must be a shit tonne of stadium members in Shanghai.

They see it as a rort for afl officials basically.I'm not even sure there are many AFL fans who think Shanghai is a good idea. Most are glad to see it failing.
I’ve purchased 4 tickets for Sydney for $427 in total. I consider that to be reasonable. Three years ago we spent $230 each for seating at Suncorp and didn’t get the seats we thought we had purchased. Never again. They will sell the seats somehow, its pretty poor the media clowns feel the need to carry on about it, Robert Craddock is probably the worst. Spending anymore than $150 for a game of football is insane. That’s what top International bands charge to see them play here, same for one day music festivals as well. Just crazy.
I agree with your pricing. Cat one during sell outs were $120-$180.
It used to be the best event when all could attend, everyone so happy and having a great time. Won’t be long before it’s just boring accountant and lawyer crowds.
Almost like the bledisloes from the mid 2000s...
Seen the prices for U2?Spending anymore than $150 for a game of football is insane. That’s what top International bands charge to see them play here, same for one day music festivals as well. Just crazy.
$100 ends
$150 corners to 20m
$180 best seats
That would be a reasonable cost Id say. Not $150 for ends, $270 corners and up to $340 for best as is now! That is putting it out of the range of the avg RL fan and certainly most families if you want to take kids to experience it. I get supply and demand but you also have to be careful not to alienate your main customer base.
False alarm... was only about 200 seats in 338."fire sale !"
