Probably the clubs way of saying it's too expensive to play at suburban grounds and charged accordingly

Couldn’t get more contrasting between the spectacle of Kogarah and bankwest stadium. If you didn’t know you’d think one was an amateur game and one a top flight code looking at stadium and crowd atmosphere. We are def heading to the haves and have nots in Sydney in years to come.

When I said it's not related to crowds, I meant the survey question was specifically about TV timeslots. I understand 6pm Friday isn't ideal for crowds. What I'm saying is that people like it as a TV timeslot, and that has to matter for something, rather than just looking at whether people think it's inconvenient for crowds.

Dont disagree but if your going to compromise the convenience of fans attending to get some more $’s from tv then at the least they should use some of that extra money to help address that inconvenience by making it cheaper, more fun, family focussed etc.

Results have always provided haves and have nots! The teams playing in the modern stadium were both playing for finals spots. The teams at Kogarah were not.

Dissapointing crowd at ANZ stadium. This game should have been played at Belmore. Instead of the bare plastic seat atmosphere of the Olympic stadium fans would have enjoyed a carnival like atmosphere at Belmore . At least double the attendance would have been achieved at Belmore.

Yes. The sly dogs arranged that a while ago. Wonder why the rugby league did not go down that path for the state game earlier this year?

Was a shame they didn’t plan for the 5000 extra seating for origin.
I suspect NRL weren’t convinced it would sell out whilst RFU were and nrl didn’t want to pay the extra and take the risk.
