I think next year we might be closer than we realise. This next group of Juniors seem to be the type of quality we've been incorrectly hyping for years. Like they've fixed the development process

I doubt it. Teams that young don’t win premierships.

id say we’re 3 years away from competing, but only if we keep the team together. If we get younger yet again then all bets are off.

Only caveat might be if we make some big name signings.

I don’t see us doing any better than this season next year, 7th or 8th would be a good result with such a young team.

I don't think we have the losing run like this year. That's where I see the difference.
