Gould fought to keep Hook until the off-seasonnand the dopey merkin blames him entirely for it when the board made it happen.

Likewise the public blame Gus for forcing Ivsn to break a contract when Ivan isn't eveb the coach Gus would have picked.

The opening line of the article... Gus was barely involved if at all. Im sure after Hook he's happy for Ivan back. But he certainly didnt drive it to happen.

Numerous times Gus has said the board was talking to Ivan. It is a good thing that others are involved in such big decisions like the coach

Not sure if posted yet but 2019 jerseys are out - far cleaner and simpler than last year I think - our sponsors coordinate perfectly with the colours of the jerseys. Hertz logo not being a big yellow block is a bonus.

History will show the decision to hire Anthony Griffin was not the right decision so black mark against Phil Gould there and I’m sure he regrets it.

The decision to sack Anthony Griffin had to be made whether the timing was right is a matter for debate and conjecture.

I am not convinced Phil Gould had no role in bringing Ivan back to the club. He had to be involved his position demands he be involved in the decision making process. He may not have been Gould’s preference but he would have been involved and as things stand he must have accepted the decision of the board.

I love these Jersey’s! The home one in particular!! I think they look awesome!

I didn't even know a new jersey was on the cards for 2019, so this a pleasant surprise. I love it.

They both look fantastic. I like the white much better without the black panels on it. I'll be stretching my budget to grab both I think. Or maybe drop some hints hoping to score one for xmas.

Problem with white is you stain the bastard too easy. Come trials if they look good on the field they will fly out the shop

I reckon it’d be mint if we rolled licorice all sorts socks. Not thin stripes though, fat butchers stripes. Particularly with the away jersey. Away kit surely has to be black shorts.
