Big loss for Canberra, Rapana gone until May at the earliest with a f**ked shoulder. He was one of their best this year so that will hurt them in the long run. Also the Bulldogs are shaping as a strong smokey for the spoon. That squad is god awful.

How are the bulldogs a Smokey for the wooden spoon? They are the f**king favourites to get the spoon

Knights no Pearce injury this season and things go a lot differently for them. Scraping into the 8 and probably getting rolled over the top of for an early finals exit would still make me moist after several spoons in a row in recent times. Too bad they can’t out brown paper bag the donkeys for tevita
Great backline but when Aiden Guerra is your best forward its a worry.

Personally think the Knights are the most likely to jump into the 8 out of the bottom 8 this year, and as mentioned 3/4 do it every year. Pretty sure the lowest turn over from the last decade or so is 2.

Knights and Cows will be the 2...who's place they take is the question

North Queensland Cowboys now have Ben Barba. He was great for St Helens, so expect him to lift North Queensland to the level of St Helens and enable North Queensland to make the NRL playoffs.

Would say that after last season the club really needed a saint?
