There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.50 years and still going strong, despite all the dramas.
Failure is not getting a gig.Feeling squeamish.
Brisbane population 2.4m
Sharks pop 218,000
Crowds Brisbane 2018 31,000 average
Sharks 12,685
Membership to date 2019
Brisbane 25,049
Sharks 13,276
Think I know pro rata ,who is pulling their fan following share.

12k after 50 years, pathetic, boot them for a big club like Perth
Mirages usually exist in deserts.Like non existent NRL clubs.
Like a crowd over 20k at Shark Park, just a mirage.
Que?Like a crowd over 20k at Shark Park, just a mirage.
A bit disingenuous on two counts here don't you think? Suggesting Cronulla is limited purely to the Shire in terms of population, and limiting any club to its fanbase being in its home district.50 years and still going strong, despite all the dramas.

Can you please attempt to be factual in the future?

I don't understand why PR is grilling Cronulla myself, presumably to hi-jack the thread, who knows.Agree.
My point simply was to show a cynic ,that even smaller clubs pull their weight, and compare well ,taking into account populations of the bigger one city clubs.Surely that's not an issue.
So far the Sharks have increased membership year on year, which reinforces also your point about fans and members are not limited to the domiciled area of the club.
I am fully aware ,Sharks fans also have moved to Central/Nth CoastGC/Sunshine Coast and South Coast NSW.
The club has spelt out the % of their membership living in other areas. One only has to post on the Shark's threads to get an insight .

People throw in little jibes about Perth because you repeatedly criticise their teams, often irrationally.Merely responding to the original little jibe about Perth, which is what the original poster was hoping for I guess? And you managed to find three occasions in 5 years, wow stunning success lol

Well crowd of 20,000 happened at Shark Park in 2017.Sold out.I was there and if lining up for ever for a p*ss and a coffee was a mirage, then I must live in Tunisia.
How many 20,000 crowds for Sydney in 2018?
How many sellouts or 20,000 crowds for the Perth NRL side?
Anyway the Force are your substitute.
If you identify a post you think is a deliberate attempt to hi-jack a thread by provoking you, then report it.Or maybe people could stop baiting with unwarranted and unrelated throwing in of Perth comments in unrelated threads? You'll find that any thread derailments can usually be traced back to a Sharks fan posting something about Perth lol
Actually, since Cronulla is a Sydney suburb, Sharks have a drawing area of about 5mil people....
Its your own fault you limited yourselves to the Shire and it was clearly a mistake.
Agree.

What a great advertisment of suburban grounds. Even a sniff of a good crowd and they immediately buckle under the preasure....
"Hey, do you want to line up for hours to take a piss or buy a beer? Then come on down to Shark Park, where our success means more pain for you!!!"

Whose limited to the Shire?Plenty of fans in Qld.
...a venue about to be knocked down because it couldn't properly cater for crowds.Position on the ladder over the last few years suggests otherwise.
I've had to line up at the SFS an all seater.
