Strange way to get 6 again. Vunivalu just put it on the ground and raised his hands in surrender. The abomination of strip ball rules and interpretations we have had over the years clearly have players confused.

I am happy for the Warriors, and don't like Vunivalu at all, but it is not great to watch a team just place the ball down for the opposition. Hopefully it is just because he is an idiot rather than because the rules have been all over the shop.

I thought live he always looked likely to offload, but it is just a judgement call from the referees in that situation. As it turns out on replay, he wasn't likely to offload and Melbourne were probably a bit unlucky there for a few reasons.
