My perception is also that once someone takes the plunge others tend to follow. Hopefully this is the start with more to follow.

Once our cap stuff is finally squared away and punishment handed out it'll stop the weekly articles assuming all sorts of different outcomes it'll no doubt be an easier proposition. At least when we know the punishment we can put a plan in place to deal with it and present some confidence and stability to prospective sponsors.
