To add to the possible problems going forward for the Riff, I understand they have presold the next 5 years Panthers Leagues Club poker machine revenue to the TAB for an upfront payment to build an underground car park and some other club amenities. They still have a pretty big debt to service and it may be problematic going forward to easily service the payments.

It's a watch this space issue that may come to nothing, but it's out there.

Last week was just as bad about Parra and not signing Gutherson and how this is awful mis-management stemming from October last year.
