Yeah but the salary cap operates on the honesty system and “swear to god, we applied that penalty to our cap expenditure”

It would be a pretty good spine:

1. Tom T
6. Gutho
7. DCE
9. Api / Fainu

Plus you have a quality 80min middle forward in Jake T and an impact attacking forward in Taupau. It's a pretty good way to spend the big dollars of your cap IMO.
