Aekins= 3 wins and a draw from 5 games this year, last year not so good, which seems to suggest he doesn't win nor lose you games on his own..
2 of those 3 wins came by removing him from the field and having Stephen Crichton come on at fullback. Before this year he had played 4 games for 4 losses.

With him on the field we offer almost nothing in attack. His one try assist for the season was a pass that missed the mark and went to To'o instead of Whare... It was the first time To'o scored this season because Aekins and Whare were killing the attack everytime the ball got to them.

Throw in Kenny at hooker ontop of that. Panthers are far from specials here. Titans at $7 were great value. Odds might have changed since. Panthers should still win... But those outs are huge considering how average the replacements are. Edwards and Api have been crucial to our attack. The improvement when Edwards returned was obvious immediately.

No Koro and Aekins at fullback. Titans a chance now.

Panthers will struggle to score points relying solely on Cleary. The way the Titans are playing though they will give up a few try's just by dropping the ball on their goal-line
A top of the table side playing a team that is barely putting points on the board? I await the betting slip you're going to put on the Tits. at $6.20, its very enticing.

I said they are a chance not that they will win. The titans are the only side that Cleary's key play of the inside ball might actually achieve something

Go on, give us a score. I reckon 40-14 if we are on song. If we go back in our shell because of a few players missing, us by 24-22.

40 points without Api and Edwards? Can't see it.

We should win. But it wont be easy putting points on with those guys missing and if we fail to show up we might even struggle to win ugly.

The injuries are mounting now with Kikau out with a minor calf injury. Billy Burns to start in his place. We might struggle now. Big chance for Titans.

Jesus Christ you would swear the Panthers are the only side in the comp who’s got players injured. They are missing like 3 of their starting 13

Playing the team coming 14th who themselves have a stack out and their fans are already throwing out the excuses

3 starters?

1 Edwards
2 To'o
3 Whare
9 Koroisau
11 Kikau
12 Capewell

Thats nearly half the starting side out. A few bench and backup players also unavailable like Tetevano, Staines, Hetherington etc.

I don't expect Panthers to play well at all with the side we have. Probably still able to win against a very poor Titans side. But our roster this week is littered with average players aswell. Koroisau alone not only weakens hooker, but the pack and halves will be less effective.

We werent even that good against Cowboys with 4 of those guys in.

Well we've drifted a bit to $1.14, but the engine room is intact, so long as Kenny gives them good clean service and the halves play their game that is where it will be won.

Titans a chance to get within 12 now with Kikau out
Viliame has threatened much more than he has delivered this year, IMHO.

It will take a brilliant, backs to the wall effort if Penrith manage to overcome the mighty Titans.

Just another opportunity for Yeo to audition for Origin.
