Great quote from Mick Ennis near the end of the game when he said " wonder if Maguire can cash out " , about sums up his situation .
And for those of us who thought SJ was looking after himself that Nikorima played like a prima donna , never ran the ball , was keeping his head well clear if he found himself making a tackle , doesn't want to get injured and not get out of the Warriors . Got the drag late in the game .

And when you get there the place will be more than anything youve seen or experienced before. And you find something you never knew you had. That environment brings it out.

If youre a player. No matter who you are. And you get signed by the Tigers or the the Gold Coast you head to preseaaon training - you can talk it up in the press about what youre going to do or whatever but inside something just switches off. You know.
You know you are winning nothing.
And when you get there despite all the talk from the coach and everybody else looking like they buy in - everybody in the joint plays their most inconsistent, disappointing football of their career.
The environment just brings it out.
